If you weren't moving your arms and legs the whole dose and kept it lying on your bed or whatever. Blood flow could have been decreased which caused numbness.

Also blasting the noise isn't going to help, it's just going to cause permanent damage to your ears. What I usually do is listen to a song or w/e before, and have it at a comfortable volume and then play the dose.

None of the doses would even be close to the actual drug. Maybe you're expecting too much?

Were your arms crossed and your head was on your arms?

If so, then you were probably covering your eyes, and pressure is added for a long enough time it makes it blurry.

Do the same thing without a dose, and you'll get the same blurryness
